We provide and coordinate comprehensive services for the entire family. Our staff of physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners provide a full range of healthcare services for newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and the elderly. Our twelve sites and thirty-four  providers allow easy access for all your medical needs.

Crystal Lake Clinic was established in 1992 when several local physicians formed the first group practice in Benzie County with the intent of offering expanded services and greater convenience for their patients.

Our mission is to provide high quality preventative and episodic care to our patients, We feel that people should take an active role, along with their physician, in the development and maintenance of their health care plan. Crystal Lake Clinic emphasizes preventative care for all age groups.

For acute illnesses, we offer same day appointments with convenient hours, including evening hours until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday hours from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Benzonia, Interlochen and Manistee offices.
